Interior painting in Las Vegas: what we look at first
A good interior painting job in Las Vegas is decided before the first can is opened. We walk each room in daylight and again with the lights on, mark nail pops, cracks over doorways, dents from furniture and old patches that show through the paint, then press tape on the old finish and pull it to see whether it holds.
Paint that lifts with the tape needs scraping and primer, not another coat on top. Glossy surfaces such as old enamel trim get a light sanding or a bonding primer so the new coat grips. Small holes and dents are filled, larger damage gets a proper drywall repair, and every repair is primed so it does not show as a dull spot later.
