Kitchen remodel in Henderson, house by house
A kitchen remodel in Henderson often starts with a builder kitchen that has done its job for a few decades. Green Valley houses from the late 1970s and 1980s may still have oak doors, a laminate top and a single ceiling light. Homes in Anthem and Seven Hills, built from the late 1990s, tend to have the space but dated finishes, while Cadence and Inspirada owners mostly want more than the builder package delivered.
That history changes the plan. In an older kitchen we expect tired shutoff valves, a crowded circuit for the counters and cabinets that may no longer sit square. In a young one, the boxes are usually sound, and new fronts, a backsplash and lighting can change the room without tearing much out.
