A golf community annexed into Spring Valley
Rhodes Ranch is a guard-gated, patrolled master-planned community in the southwest valley, built around the Rhodes Ranch Golf Club. As a handyman in Rhodes Ranch, PrimeFix takes on repairs, installs and remodels in its single-family homes, and our phones are staffed 24 hours a day.
Jim Rhodes acquired the first 950 acres from the Bureau of Land Management in March 1996, and the full plan grew to 1,330 acres. Right after Enterprise became a town in late 1996, county commissioners moved Rhodes Ranch into Spring Valley, which is why it belongs to Spring Valley today. The Ted Robinson-designed golf course opened on November 6, 1997. Its entrance features a Rhodes Ranch sign in giant letters styled after the Hollywood Sign.
