Southern Highlands is a planned community in the unincorporated town of Enterprise, bounded generally by Interstate 15, Cactus Avenue, Jones Boulevard and Larson Lane. In larger and custom homes, the work shifts to finish quality. Tall great rooms need fans and light fixtures hung at height, media walls need TV mounting with hidden wiring, and walk-in closets suit custom closet systems. A kitchen remodel here can keep the layout and upgrade tile, lighting and cabinet hardware.

Southern Highlands has its own private security department, along with a fire station, parks and two retail centers. In the guard-gated sections, the gate will need our company name for each day we are on site.

Exterior changes fall under the Southern Highlands Community Association, so check its rules before painting or replacing an entry door. Building permits here come from Clark County because Enterprise has no city government. Interior jobs like drywall repair or new flooring usually need neither.
