The Ridges is a 793-acre guard-gated village in Summerlin where development began in 2000, and it is made up of custom and semi-custom neighborhoods. A handyman in The Ridges works mostly on houses built to an owner's plans, which changes how every repair is approached.

The village is home to Jack Nicklaus's Bear's Best golf course and Club Ridges, a private fitness, tennis and swim club for residents.
