Aliante homes are reaching their first big refresh
Aliante celebrated its official grand opening on May 3, 2003, on about 1,900 acres in the northwest part of North Las Vegas. The first phase alone was roughly 1,750 single-family homes, so a large share of the community is now past the 20-year mark. That age is when a handyman in Aliante starts seeing the same list over and over: tired grout, builder-grade light fixtures, worn carpet and kitchens that still look like 2004.
The master plan was put together by North Valley Enterprises, a venture formed in 2001 by American Nevada Corporation and Del Webb, and it was planned for about 7,500 homes. The Aliante Master Association, which is currently managed by FirstService Residential, oversees the community's shared rules.
